Festival Check In/Load In Information:
Festival Check in begins at 10:00AM just past where Hudson Ave. enters Washington Park, Look for the Robert Burns Statue.
There will be no early check-ins.
Your exhibitor location will be given to you when you check in.
As exhibitor locations are determined in advance; all festival exhibitors must utilize only their assigned space.
You may pull you vehicle up to your exhibitor space to unload between 10:00-11:00 AM. All vehicles MUST be removed from the festival grounds by 11 AM.
There will be absolutely no parking on the festival grounds, Park Paths or Roads immediately surrounding Festival Area.
The festival begins at 12:00 noon. All Vendors must complete Set Up and Be Open at noon. The festival will be held rain or shine.
All exhibitors must supply their own power. No electricity will be provided.
Exhibitors may not sell any food or beverages without Pride Center approval.
All exhibitors must clean up and dispose of their own trash in appropriate containers. Vendors must have their booth cleared and off the festival grounds by 6PM.
Parade Check In/Line Up Information:
Parade check-in is 10:00AM to 11:00AM just west of the corner of State Street and Henry Johnson Blvd. Look for the Soldier and Sailors Monument.
There will be no early check-ins.
All groups must check in the day of the parade no later than 11 AM. Late check-ins will automatically be placed at the end of the line-up. The parade will start promptly at 11:50 PM, rain or shine.
Your division and placement location will be given to you at check in. Marsha Davis is the Volunteer in charge of Parade check-in. If absolutely necessary, you can text Marsha at 518-526-1147.
The parade sequence is determined in advance; all parade entrants must march in their assigned division and sequence. No group may move themselves to be beside another or to a location in the line-up other than that assigned to them.
All parade entrants are to heed all instructions given by the parade marshals, Pride Center staff, volunteers, and Law Enforcement.
We ask that you leave your pets at home for their safety and the safety of all.
Capital Pride could not happen without the hundreds of volunteers that take the time out of their lives to help create the largest Pride celebration in Upstate New York.
