Festival Vendor Check-In Info

Here are the pertinent details for the day of Capital PRIDE 2024. 
Please also review the rules, regulations and information you received upon registration.

 

Festival Check In/Load In Information:

1.   Festival Check in begins at 10:00AM just past where Hudson Ave. enters Washington Park, Look for the Robert Burns Statue.

2.  There will be no early check-ins.

3.  Your exhibitor location will be given to you when you check in.

4.  As exhibitor locations are determined in advance; all festival exhibitors must utilize only their assigned space given at check-in.

5.  You may pull you vehicle up to your exhibitor space to unload between 10:00-11:00 AM. All vehicles MUST be removed from the festival grounds by 11:00 AM.

6.  There will be absolutely no parking on the festival grounds, Park Paths or Roads immediately surrounding Festival Area.

7.  The festival begins at 12:00 noon. All Vendors must complete Set Up and Be Open at noon. The festival will be held rain or shine.

8.  All exhibitors must supply their own power (quiet style generators). No electricity will be provided.

9.  Exhibitors may not sell any food or beverages without Pride Center approval and Albany County DOH Permit.

10. All exhibitors must clean up and dispose of their own trash in appropriate containers. Vendors must have their booth cleared and off the festival grounds by 6PM.

Suggested Parking

Parking in Washington Park will be restricted in the area immediately surrounding the Festival area, roads on the Western end (by Lake Ave.) and Southern End (by Madison Ave.) will be open in addition to public parking at the following pay lots surrounding Washington Park:

  • A large Lot on Hamilton and Dove St.

  • A small Lot on the West Side of Lark St. between Jay St. and Hudson Ave.

  • Albany Medical Center's Parking Garage (approximately 1/4 mile away)

  • Lot on Central Ave. and Washington between Henry Johnson and Lexington St.
