The family-friendly event will be held by the historic Carousel in Congress Park. There will be live performance and art activities provided by Saratoga Arts and CREATE, and group photos in the newly painted crosswalk. Due to impending inclement weather, tonight's celebration will be held at Bailey's at 37 Phila St (corner of Putnam St) rather than Congress Park. The time remains the same: 6:00 pm. We hope you will still join us for the ceremony, and stay to socialize and order some refreshments or dinner!
