Parade Check In/Line Up Information:
Parade check-in is 8:00AM to 10:00AM at the Madison Ave/New Scotland Entrance into Washington Park. You will be give your line-up location upon check-In. APD will be closing all roads in and out of the park beginning at 10:00am
There will be no early check-ins.
All groups must check in the day of the parade no later than 10:00 AM. Late check-ins will automatically be placed at the end of the line-up. The parade will starts at 11:30 AM, rain or shine.
Your division and placement location will be given to you at check in.
The parade sequence is determined in advance; all parade entrants must march in their assigned division and sequence. No group may move themselves to be beside another or to a location in the line-up other than that assigned to them.
All parade entrants are to heed all instructions given by the parade marshals, Pride Center staff, volunteers, and Law Enforcement.
Float arrival and Check-In - Please follow instruction sent the week prior to the parade

Enter Park at: Madison Avenue & New Scotland Entrance
Directions inside the Park: Take an immediate left after entering the park, proceed with the lake on your right (Clockwise) around the lake to the footbridge.
All vehicles must be in the lineup by 10:00 AM.
Walking Groups
Check-In opens at 9:00 am
Check-In Location: Parade check-in is at the footbridge on the lake
Enter Park at: Madison Avenue & New Scotland Entrance
Directions inside the Park: Take an immediate left after entering the park, proceed with the lake on your right (Clockwise) around the lake to the footbridge.
Walking groups must be checked in and in place by 10:00 AM.
Floats
Check-In instructions emailed separately, to avoid confusion with Sprague Entrance
All vehicles must be in the lineup by 10:00 AM.
Suggested Parking
Parking in Washington Park will be restricted, and roads will be closed to traffic in the area immediately surrounding the Festival. Roads on the Western (by Lake Ave.) and Southern End (by Madison Ave.) of the park will be open in addition to public parking at the following pay lots surrounding Washington Park:
A small Lot on the West Side of Lark St. between Jay St. and Hudson Ave.
Albany Medical Center's Parking Garage (approximately 1/4 mile away)
Lot on Central Ave. and Washington between Henry Johnson and Lexington St.
